Nerf some stuff

If yout think about it every class has thier cheap skill it is what makes them unique. Whitesmtih = cart termination, Ninja = cicada, Prof = stone curse firebolt, Lord knight = frenzy and so on.

So every class is prettty much already balanced but yes the damage ratio asura gives is a little insane. It would make sense that after casting asura you lose half your hp aswell.

Or you can't use pots or heal sp for 5 minutes or something like that.

either way jsut be careful with what you change if you make it off by even 1 number the server can get buggy and stuff. so careful
